Hi...my Husband Had A Heart Attack 7 Weeks Ago And

Hi...my husband had a heart attack 7 weeks ago and was brought back by shocking and other drugs and lots of prayers and help from physicians through medicine and God. He is now doing good and has been given coreg and lisenipril to help strengthen his heart muscle. It was decided that his attack was caused by tikosyn he had been taking to help control AFIB. He started out with 6.25 ml and has slowly increased dosage to 25 ml twice a day. He sometimes feels dizzy and light headed with this higher dose but blood pressure and heart beat are doing fine. Is this normal? Should he cut back on dosage?
