History Of GBS Resulting In PE. Unable To Walk For A Year. Should I Be Concerned About Flying Now?

Hi, I am a 34 year old female. I have GBS in 2006 which resulted in a PE they said from being unable to maintain my normal level of activity. I was unable to walk for an entire year. I am now have to fly from SC to Michigan with my son to a Children's hospital there. Should I be concerned about flying (the flight time is 1.5 hrs both ways and flights are 5 days apart)? I have had no other problems with blood
clots since the initial one.
