History Of PTB. Done X Ray. Done Therapy. Suggested For Apicolordotic View. Will I Have PTB Again?

hi im 24 yrs old i had history of ptb last yr but i already finish my 6 months of therapy this month i had an xray again ang the result is there is suspicious density and i suggested for apicolordotic view i have no signs and symptoms of ptb is there possibility that my ptb last yr re activate again? i hope u can help me tnx.

Thanks for the query .
Usually there is no chance of recurrence of P TB , if treatment have taken for complete 6 months.
You have taken six months course , so need not to worry .
The density in X ray means , not tuberculosis , rather in P T B there are cavities ( cavity ) ,if any.
Old calcified lesions are also visible.
Still , you have any doubt , please get in blood for E SR ( if very > 90-100 mm of Hg ) ,than think about any infection.
If is is less than 20-30 need not to worry.
