History Of Breast Cancer. Had Oesophagus/hiatus Hernia. Having Pain In Stomach, Heartburn. Natural Remedies?

Hello, For some times now, since 4 years ago, I had breast cancer then Osephagus/hiatus hernia developed.
Now I have heart burn my stomach hurts not every day but at times it's painful. I want to know what is the best
thing to do. I am not a pill popper but I believe in good natural medicines. Thank you and look forward to
your reply.

Hi, it could be due to hiatus hernia, you did't mention that you got treatment for breast cancer or not. if not it may be due to secondaries, from the malignancy.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe omeprazole, domperidone, and antacids for pain relief.
Avoid spices, junk foods, and oily foods. use more of bland foods, and curd. thank you.
