History Of Fusion Of Back Bone And Pulled Bottom Verdabrae With It. Hip And Knee Has Given Way. Suggestion?

I m 64 and when I was in my late 20 s I had a horse go up and over with me on his back. It broke my left pelvic 2/3 of the way. They just let fuse it s self back together and ended up pulling my bottom verdabrae s with it. Now I m lower on my whole right side. About 5 months ago the right side muscle between my hip and knee gives way when I have to tunn right. Any thought or suggestion on how to help it?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The muscle pain that you are having now is likely to be related to a bad posture due to the surgical fusion. Hot fomentation and oral muscle relaxants are likely to help you.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
