Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain After Back Operation
I have lower back pain. Have had multiple back opeations in the last 2 years. Last appointment with back doctor, the xray shows I may have another bone spur in my lower back. Could this pain that I having go down into my hip. I seem to have a lot of pain in my right hip.
The pain in back radiates to hip. It might also radiate to thigh and leg. Bony spur might need a surgical intervention. But i would advise you to visit a physiotherapist first. Learn some back strengthening exercises. Take care of your posture. Do hot compresses and use a back-supporting belt if required. Avoud bending from your back.
Hope this helps.
