History Of Having Unprotected Sex. Prescribed Primolut N For Stopping Pregnancy. Right Medication?

Hi doctor, I had sex with my wife on 8 sep 4 pm during intercorse I ejaculated inside her after 4 hours we went to hospital to stop pregancy,as we don t have Plan B or after morning pills, the doctore gave me Primolut -Nor 10 mg and told to use 3 pils daily for 3 days and my wife last period was on 26 August so do this pill stop pregancy Hi again, She took Primolut Nor 10mg 3 time daily the last one was taken morning11 sep and today is 14 sep I am bit worried about it. Thank you

Hi,
Thanks for writing your problem to us.
Primolut-N is not a recognized method of emergency contraception. If she has had periods after stopping the pills she may have lesser chances to conceive but nothing can be said for sure.
She is now very late for plan B pills.
She may have IUCD insertion within 5 days of sex to prevent pregnancy.
She should be using some regular birth control method, if you are not ready for a pregnancy.
