History Of Stunt Inserted In Head. Suffering With Hernia And Damaged Liver. What Should Be Done?

My father whose age is 80 + is suffering from so many diseases. Recently his liver totallly damaged. 7 years back stunt was inserted in his heard. In march 2012 when liver was damaged, water from stomach was taken out by doctors. Now we came to know that he is at present suffering with hernia and more over now his stomach again swallow and his foot also got swallon what should we do?
