History Of Testes Loss. Now Erection Problems. Taking Blood Thinners After Surgery. What Is Wrong?

my husband at birth 1957 testes did not drop his mother did not take him to the doctors by age 5 if not dropped. so at age 17 he went to doctors because he noticed something wrong. he lost both testes. he had a beard and broke his voice at that age. now he is 56 and having problems with erection. also had operation in January and is on blood thinners. what is wrong?

How was his erection before his surgery? erection 10 years ago?

Loss of both testicles is associated with decrease in testosterone thereby will also decrease erection and libido. He may need to see a Urologist and Testosterone replacement therapy may help with his Erectile dysfunction.
