Hit Head, Abrasion On Forehead. How Do I Reduce This Bruise?

I fell and hit my head on the ground. I got a big goose egg and an abrasion on my forehead . No headache , nausea , tiredness, etc. But I have considerable bruising over the eyebrow and down the sides of my eye. That was a week ago. The place I hit is still very tender and still swollen, but smaller...should I do anything?

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

Its good to know that you dont have any other symptoms, other than the bruise.

This rules out an internal injury.

Dont worry about the bruise.

Usually it takes around 2 weeks for the bruise to heal,

you can use oint thrombophobe to get a faster relief.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
