Hit Head, Got Small Cut, Hurting, Dark Brown Discharge Is There In The Ear. Whats Wrong With Me?
I m 6 4 I am 33 and fell in the shower last night hitting my head, I have a small gash/cut but nothing major. this morning, my head hurts pretty bad I feel like I was hit in the head by a block of cement, and my ears feel funny - I cleaned them out with Qtips and there was all of this very dark brown build up... What is that?

1] It looks like you have bled & some amount of blood is in the ear.
2] If you- feel dizzy, / vomit / feel drowsy seek medical help to rule out 'Head injury'.
