Hit My Head And Since Then Feeling Nausea And Headache. Concerned
I hit my head on the side of a switch which was located by my bed within minutes i developed a lump i assured myself it was fine and went to sleep about 30-60 minutes later ever since then i've been waking up feeling really nausea and having abit of headache i feel like i physically want to be sick in the morning it goes towards the end of the day but its really starting to concern me

After hit to your head you noticed a swelling.it was collection of blood in the superficial layers of scalp..
After that you didn't mention about other signs like nose bleeding/ear bleeding/vomiting...
generally after head hit you may feel nausea and headache..eventually they go off...if pain is more take pain killer..
If you are suffering the symptoms still means go for Ct scan..
