Hit On The Back Of Head With Aluminium, Having On And Off Headaches. Should I Worry ?
Good morning, i was outside and stood about 3 or 4steps away from a step aluminum ladder. it fell to the back of my head (around occipital bone or nape). when touch, it is a little sore. I had no symptoms of a concussion at the time. Today it is my second day after the incident...i often feel on and off headache and nausea (don't know because i keep thinking about it). The debating is that if i should go to see my family doctor or i should observe it? thanks

Hello,
A aluminium step ladder fell over your back side of head and it is little sore. No other complaints. You were going on thinking of that incident. Today you feel headache, nausea. No debate. Immediately take CT brain to rule our any possible injury in the scalp or Brain. If there is no problem you can take treatment for your headache and Nausea like Plain paracetamol 500 mg for headache and Tab Emeset/ Domstal for Nausea.
I hope no damage in the scalp or brain
