Today I hit my shin very hard at the grocery store and within minutes I felt very weak. I had tunnel vision and things started to gray out. It became difficult to hear. I had to sit down and became weaker and weaker. I was given some water to drink, taken into the cooler because I began sweating very much, and splashed water on myself to cool down. I started to feel a little better then both hands became tingly up to my arm pits. I still feel very weak and it has been about 10 hours since this happened. Could the injury have caused this?
