Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The mild tenderness without any excruciating pain, difficulty in bladder or bowel movements is likely to be a mild external muscle injury. Most of the times, a hot fomentation brings the relief.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
