Hi ! Good morning. i am Dr Shareef answering y your query.
If I were your doctor, with increasing intensity of pain, after a clinical assessment I would advise you for a stool test for ova and cyst, a urine routine and microscopic examination followed by a culture sensitivity test if need be, a CBC (complete blood count), and an ultrasound abdomen to rule out any intra abdominal pathology. Further management would depend on the finding of the clinical assessment and the investigation reports.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
