I ve had this random little whole in my cheek for a few months now. By small it s about the size of a pin and has always just been an empty hole until a few days ago when I realised the area around it was getting quite swollen and was hard to press on.. It s sore but not unbearable and when I squeezed it out of curiosity it took quite a lot pressure but quite a bit of cheesy looking puss came out.. I m confident it s not a usual pimple , I get a few of them every now and again and they clear up after a few days but this is different.. I ve squeezed it twice since it has changed in appearance and each time more and more of this puss comes out but its not any softer or any less swollen.. Is it a normal thing? Is it just a different type of pimple? And if I keep squeezing it will it eventually empty and go away?
