I am facing irritation in the area around vagina and pain in my abdomenol areas. after intercoarse, i had slight white discharge.Im having pain in the vaginal area too. when observed, the area inside vaginal is slight redish. How to get cured of it

U r suffering from a vaginal infection, please abstain from sex for 1 week. Take Tab ciplox with tinidazole for 10 days. Twice daily after food.
