As you have noticed your symptoms are present for quite a long time. It seems that you have been waiting long enough and medical help is necessary. Every diarrhea which lasts longer than 48 hours should be diagnosed with stool tests. Your symptoms can be caused by a bacterial infection. Sometimes such symptoms also appear due to partial bowels obstruction caused by inflammatory bowels disease.
I suggest you to visit your doctor, have blood work, abdominal ultrasound, urine analysis, stool tests. If nothing will be found or the blood will be present in the stool, colonoscopy should be done.
Hope this will help. Regards.
