Hot And Cold Flushes, Headaches, Abdominal Pain, Trouble Sleeping. Connected Symptoms?
Hi been getting hot and cold flushes over the past few weeks, severe head aches especially in sunlight And sever lower abdominal/ pelvic pain and trouble sleeping since the start of the year (likely stress induced) Is all this connected? If so what do these symptoms mean? Also the stomach pains only started after doing a bikram (hot) yoga session on Sunday.
You probably over stressed yourself. I think you need to do so relaxation exercises and some shavasanas to relieve your body pain and stress. I would advise that you help yourself with the aid of a trained yoga therapist. A psychiatrist consultation may ease your anxiety and stress. I would highly recommend that. I hope this helped.
Hi there, thanks for asking. Migraine is a type of headache which is exacerbated with sunlight, stress, low blood sugar, menses, some foods and also drugs and also with insomnia (lack of sleep). Some of them are also accompanied with changes in the regulatory system in the body so it could explain the reason for getting hot and cold or it might be related to other health issues. Some migraines are accompanied with stomachache, but it seems that your stomachache has been separately happened from your headaches. Feel free to ask me any other question regarding this problem or other issues. I wish you the best health.
