I am now having hot and cold flushes and jumpy legs I had a hysterectomy in 1989 and they took everything and was wondering if it just a side effect of coming of them or should go and see my doctor. Thanks you Linda Pearce.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Tramadol is a most potent pain killer.
This causes sedation.
It develops habit formation .
If taken for long time , patient become addict.
As in your ,you mentioned that suddenly you withdraw this drug.
Now hot and cold flushes are due to withdrawal syndrome.
Wait for another 10 -12 days and these side effects will be over.
Good luck.
