How A Treat Stress Related Black Out?

YES ABOUT A WEEK AGO I WAS SITTING ON THE COUCH EATING MY SUPPER ALL OF SUDDEN I FELT FUNNY AND STARED AT MY WIFE SHE SAID ARE YOU NOT GOING TO ANSWER ME AND THEN I PASSED OUT. SHE CALLED 9-1-1 AND THEY TOOK ME TO THE HOSPITAL AND I FORGOT EVERY ONE WHO THEY WERE. THEY RAN ALOT OF TEST WHICH ALL CAME OUT FINE. THE NEXT DAY I REMEMBERED WHO EVERY ONE WAS. COULD I HAVE HAD A MINI STROKE. THE DOCTORS AT THE HOSPITAL SAID IT WAS STREES AND NOTHING.

If you are able to remember everything during episode, that mean it was neither stroke or seizure. It was dissociative stupor. In such kind of episode, patinet cut from himself for some time and behavior little bit in odd manure. It happens due to some underline stress or conflict. I think, you should consult a psychiatrist or psychologist for further evaluation.
