How Accurate Is Oraquick Home Test?

Took two oraquick home test 10 months after possible exposure and it says hiv negative on both. I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck, one being bigger than the rest that being the reason for me testing. I ve had CBC test ran on me all came back normal. I wasn t convinced so I went and got a blood test done to confirm, results will be back in 48 hours. I have been exposed to alot of cat scratches and i m aware that CSD can happen but its not that common. My question is can I believe in my oraquick results or is it possible that my body hasn t produced enough antibodies to be detected on an oral hiv test...

No, your test is not specific at all evenif you are infected you are in window period. And no antibodies produced in that short duration.so your results is not vslid at all.you should go for confirmatory hiv testing once after a month of exposure. You can go with p24 antigen or pcr.
