How Are Back Problems Going To Affect Weight Loss While Taking Weight Watchers?

i was on weight watchers and have lost 19.2 lbs but because of the point system I am finding that it is not enough for me to eat and I am starting to slowly gain the weight back. I have back problems and I cannot exercise a lot at one time. How is this going to affect my losing weight with your product.

Hello and thanks for your question. Weight watchers is an excellent program for weight loss but you must stick to the point system to continue to lose weight. Almost all back problems will improve with continued weight loss. If you can not exercise for long periods at a time it is fine to just exercise for a few minutes several times a day. Even doing some light weight exercises while sitting will help burn off calories. Good luck to you and keep up the good work.
