How Can abdominal Pain And Constipation Be Treated?
I have a bad case of abdominal pain for a few months. I had a abdominal car scan and everything is fine I was reading an article about fibromyalgia and ibs and I am suffering from Fibo too can my abdominal pain be ibs and if it is how to treat my stomach pain and I am constepated too

Firstly dont worry about your health,
you are fine.
Yea, for fibromyalgia and IBS , abdominal pain can occur.
avoid those food which causes more problem, try to find out.
For IBS , consult with a gastroenterologist , some helpful medication is there.
For, constipation, drink more water, sometime laxative can take, food with dietary fibre eat more, ispagula husk also helpful.
