How Can abdominal Pain And Stomach Bloating Be Treated?

Hello I have a number of worrying symptoms, I have chronic itchy skin, controlled by antihistamines. Abdominal pain in the right hand side. Constant bolting. Elevated eosinophiles, bilirubin and direct bilirubin. Did liver test twice 1 year apart and bilirubin has increased in a year.

Hello,

Itchy skin and elevated liver tests (bilirubine) can be related to on another. You will need to do some more liver examinations to try to find the relation between them and if there is a common condition causing them both.

You will need to have ALT, AST, examined, as well as ALP, GGT, tests for immune conditions of the liver. An ultrasound of the liver and the rest of abdominal ultrasound is needed. The doctor may decide to order other tests as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
