How Can anal Fissure be Treated?

Hi I have anal fissure and I use anoheal cream. After using it in about 2 hours my anus gets hard . If I stand I feel like want to go toilet but there is nothing.its stays for about 4hours. I get pain on the left side of my anus. The fissure seems to me improving.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns,
You should first change your diet, Eat a fiber-rich diet to avoid constipation. Also Don't strain or sit on the toilet too long. Sitz baths, or hip baths, can promote healing of an anal fissure. By soaking the rectal area in a tub of warm water -- two or three times a day for 10 to 15 minutes, In severe cases, surgery may be required and this is called a lateral internal sphincterotomy (LIS), involves making a small cut in the anal sphincter muscle. It reduces pain and pressure, allowing the fissure to heal.
