General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is better to immobilize the ankle preferably in a brace.

Consult an orthopedician and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
