How Can blurred Vision In The Right Eye Be Treated?

Last week on Tuesday and Today, my right eye will have vision disturbances starting with the side vision, flickering this week, last week more of a slight gray shadow, blurred vision starts in right eye and moves just a bit to left eye. NO flickering or gray shadow in the left eye, just blurred vision. I try to look at the digital clock, but can t see a number clearly with either eye. This last about 15-30 min. No headache or dizziness. I can talk and feel fine otherwise. I can raise both hands above head etc. so not stroke symptoms. Do I need to see an eye doctor or my family doctor?
