How Can dizziness Along With Vertigo Be Treated?

Hi sir iam naresh im suffering from diziness, vertigo, headache during 2.6 years. I feel head weight, head spinning, losing vision , toung slip sometimes, I cant see sun , in cold I feel heavy headache, during journey I feel dis problem heavy, i getting afraid when i see deep from high .I had ct scan of brain, eeg test , and inner ear test like equilibrium test report are normal why im getting dis problem..i am facing this problem 24 hours

Hello,

It might be due to anomalies in the inner ear.

As a first line management, you can take drugs like Betahistine for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
