How Can elbow Pain Along With Breathlessness Be Treated?

HI I had 100% lad in 2015 and had Stent put in and was 42% blocked in the right they did nothing for the right side but went back had another cath done and they had to Stent the right cause it was over 80% at that time my left lad have already shown 40% block above the first Stent in the left lad it is now going on 10 months no insurance to go back to have another cath and I ve been feeling a burning pain and like a pulling pain in my arm pit and somtimes hevy dull ache in my elbow on left arm get short of breath fast also
