How Can eye Pain Along With Numbness In The Face Be Treated?

I experiences a severe sudden pain in my left eye this mo0rning and had some numbness on the left side of my face. i looked at myself in the mirror and I seemed to have an imbalance between the left and right side of my face. I had some difficulty in talking and drinking. What could this be?

it is facial palsy due to paralysis of facial nerve effecting left eye is also called bells palsy. can effect cornea as expouserkeratitis so apply artificial tear eye drop and cromal eye drop.can applyneosporine eye ointment at bed time. with improvement drinking and talking will improve.
