How Can hard Bumps On The Buttock Be Treated?

I woke up yesterday morning with two hard bump on butt check one one the left one on the right. they both seem only hurt when there pressure apply to them like sitting. warn water of the shower does make the pain away a bit. last week i had redish rash and i apply fugus cream to the area . i know it has got bigger today. should i go to the er
