How Can headache And Nausea Along With Anxiety Be Treated?

Ok... so six months ago my anxiety got worse, this caused server nausea (we think). I also have emptophobia which means that now my nausea is so bad I cannot socialise! The nausea occurred before the anxiety, I have the anxiety because of nausea. I also get severe abdominal pains and frequent headaches! Most nights I get no sleep due to feeling like im gonna be sick. I ve got antinausea tablets but I need help! What shall I do?!? Symptoms: Nausea Headaches Abdominal pain Anxiety Social inconfidence Dizziness Insomnia Panic attacks Loss of appetite Loss of concentration

Hi,

Your symptoms are due to an anxiety problem. I suggest you take rabeprazole and domperidone combination drug for week to treat anxiety induced gastritis. For headache paracetamol sos can be prescribed.

You need to consult a psychiatrist for treatment of anxiety. For that Alprazolam like anti-anxiety drug and fluoxetine can be started along with behavioural counselling.
