How Can headache And Nausea Along With Double Vision Be Treated?

ok, thank you las 10 -12 days my vision is getting worse, i could not read or work for more than 15-30 mins, i feel nausea, headache, double vision. i went to optometrist and they diagnosed me with cataracts on both eyes and of course suggested the only way to help me - surgery. but said that not all my symptoms comply with cataracts.Could it be any additional condition causing this?

Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your history is concerned you have already diagnosed with cataract and its treatment is surgical.your question is if any other problem associated with it or not, in my own opinion do a physical examination by a neurologist and do an MRI as you have nausea history to ruled out migraine headache also.

Hope you got my point.

Thanks
