How Can high Blood Pressure be Treated?

Hello sir, I have Hi Blood pressure it ranges from 90/140 100/160, 115, 190. I am taking telmisartan 40 MG every day. What should I do to be healthy. Some one told me to have wet walnut everyday in the morning. Walk every day Please suggest what should I do
