General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Arterial hypertension is a very common disease, and might have many causes. When a cause isn't found, then hypertension is idiopathic.
In a 35 year old patient, generally a cause is found for hypertension and to treat the hypertension he should treat the underlying cause.

In my opinion, he should consult an Internal doctor, and have more blood analysis done to study renal function, and adrenal gland function because these might be potential causes of arterial hypertension.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Suela Gjata,
