How Can itchy Rashes On The Arms And Neck Be Treated?
hi, My wife developed rash two weeks ago most likely contact dermatitis. the rash is itchy and covers her neck arms and trunk bilaterally, today she is having severe right flank pain with nausea and little fever. the pain not sever enough to require urgent care. Please advise. Spiro

It would be best for her to be assessed. The right flank pain with nausea and fever can be due to an infection or the presence of a stone or other mass, in the urinary tract.
There are conditions of the urinary tract that can be associated with a rash. It would be best for her to be seen, blood and imaging may be needed.
