I am having lower abdominal pain, constipation for 7 days even with laxatives, then pencil shape and loose stools. I am now having clear-milky drainage from the rectum, so much that I am having to wear a pad or adult brief. I am bloated and seem to have a lot of gas on board. Have had nausea with decreased appetite and severe fatigue. I do have a family history of colon cancer, as well as a diagnosis of IBS. I am concerned mostly at this point about the continuous drainage. How should I proceed? I have not sought medical treatment at this time.
