How Can oily Skin Along With Pimples Be Treated?
My skin is oily and i bath once or twice a week but the any facewash i use cause pimples on my face but when i start using dettol soal it also remove oil and I don t have pimples also but after washing face i use body lotion to provide moisture to skin i continue or there still any another problem of dettol soap

You should take bath daily and Dettol soap can be used for taking bath. There is no problem in that. Moisturizer cream can be applied over skin if needed.
