How Can persistent Bloating,chest Pain And Vomiting Be Treated?

I am experiencing difficulty swallowing, constant bloating, diarheah, occasional vomiting, and moderate pain on the right side in my neck, shoulder and entire arm that is constant. I also feel extremely tired and foggy. I also hav intermittent right side chest pain just above the breast and into the armpit

it can be indigestion and dyspepsia. there may be esophageal regurgitation this maybe cause of right side chest pain however take ecg and consult cardiologist taketabletomiprazol and unienzyme.consultgastroenterologistand on hisrecomandationendoscopy can be done
