How Can severe Abdominal Pain Along With Acid Reflux Be Treated?
I have mild abdominal pain and discomfort more on left side. The pain run through the back. Having this problem for a month noe, but is getting worse. Today started having chill. When symptom started I thought it s acid reflux. Taking pantoprazole and zantact does not help. Blood test and ultrasound two days ago came back negative. Always feel like clearing my throat.

As a first line management, you can try antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for an endoscopy.
