How Can severe Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

I am having abdominal pain in my stomach and it hurts really bad. It swells up like a watermelon. I had the scope and colonoscopy done and found nothing. I have no appetite to eat nothing. What could the problem be? I do not have my appendix nor gallbladder and had full hysterectomy.

Hello,

You may be suffering from air swallowing while drinking or drinking carbonated drinks.

Other possibilities like gastritis or food intolerence or irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or infections or malabsorption syndromes or fatty liver disease etc.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Avoid lactose and gluten-containing food. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
