How Can severe Ankle Pain Be Treated?

Hi I went over on my door when the dog pulled me out of the door. I m getting pain that feels spikey to the underneath and round to the outside of my ankle, just underneath it. Wondering what I ve done especially as I had lateral ankle ligament reconstruction 2 years ago.. a bit worried

Hello,

As of now you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
