How Can severe Arm Pain Be Treated?

My sister is in another state and called to tell me she has been having pain in both arms, tender to the touch (like they are bruised), cannot lift arms, painful to reach. It started in one arm, she thought it would pass and now it is in both arms - upper arm, bicep area

Most probably it will be a simple musculoskeletal pain.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated. Wishing all the best.
