Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

The reason for severe arm pain could be an excess stretch to muscle in the arm. You can break your arm unless you fell down.

It is only a spasm of muscles which can be easily treated with adequate rest and pain killers like ibuprofen.

I would suggest going to a physiotherapist who can demonstrate exercises that can help u relax the muscles.

Consume adequate protein in food.

I would suggest going to orthopedics doctor to get an x-ray of arm only if the above does not work out.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help

I find this answer helpful
