How Can severe Chest Pain Along With Cold Be Treated?
my father has been sporting a pacemaker for about six months and since its installation he has acquired severe chest pain when breathing cold winter air and he is trying to understand why the cold causes severe pain while just walking and not under any kind of stressful activity?

The chest pain may not be related to the pacemaker.
As a first line management, he can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
