How Can severe Headache Along With Insomnia Be Treated?
I started on 2mg of abilify and had no side effects. once I got up to 5mg I got severe headaches, tightness in throat and some insomnia. other than that this stops my worry and takes away my depression. I also take Effexor 225 mg daily and lomortigine 150. what do you recommend knowing I need the abilify?

It can be due to conditions like cluster headache or tension headache. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
