Greetings from health care magic members,

Dear Sir,
I can understand your concern about headaches that you are suffering from since 4 nights.
Weed contains chemical knows as tetrahydrocannabinol(THC). This chemical and other cannabinoids in weed immediately go to your brain to enhances your senses and experience euphoria BUT they also attach to other receptors in your body and they remain there in the bloodstream causing hangover.
The reason of your headaches might be weed hangover. It depends on person to person that how much weed can lead to after affects. Some experience minor negative side effect even after taking a large amount while others experience hangover immediately after smoking one.
The symptoms can be headache, tiredness, blurry eyes, dryness, dehydration, nausea etc. It also causes your brain blood vessels to dilate which lead to migraine attacks. There are other very severe side effects of this drug if used in long term such as poor cognitive function, memory loss, lethargy, psychomotor effects etc

Hence, I would recommend you to stop using weed for now or refrain from over indulging yourself and follow the instructions as mentioned:

1. Have plenty of rest- sleep deprivation can make your headache worse
2. Keep drinking plenty of water to prevent dehydration
3. Have a good meal including water rich and vitamin c containing fruits and also take veggies. Avoid fast foods
4. Take pain killers such as ibuprofen for relief of headaches
5. Get out in fresh air and breathe in and do a mild exercise such as walking. This provides you with oxygen and increases your blood circulation which helps in improving the symptoms

If you still suffer headaches and other symptoms and find no improvement after taking all the aforementioned measures, then you should consult your physician for further measures.

I hope this answers your question. If you have any other related questions, please do not hesitate to ask me.

Regards,
Dr. Khoja
