How Can severe Kidney Stone Pain Be Treated?

good afternoon sir. I believe i am having a doubling over (not all the time) pain from what I believe may be a kidney stone. I do have a history with them at least once a year. Last year beer seem to help pass them. Should I stay the course? Thanks Earl Stringfellow

Hello, Thanks for the query.
If you have the histrory of urinary stones, then it is a definite possibilty that the same might have developed again. Usually taking plenty of liquids, helps to eliminate if the stones are small. Best liquid is water. Beer may be helpful, but it has its own consequences when taken in large quantity. So my advise is to consume more of water. Plus you will have to avoid vegetables that contain oxalates like cabage, cauliflower, tomatoes etc. Thanks.
